Challenging people that are in pending duels?

Seems like bad practice to me ><
A winner of a duel should have first dibs on his next challenge and chance to advance.
If i were to win my duel, I should be allowed to challenge as i post my scores. Not be tied down by a challenge prior to me even finishing.

This is very odd that you guys allow people to pre-challenge before the winner of the higher ranked duels can challenge.

As far as i know you can't challenge someone who is already pending. The winner of a duel also has priority on his next match (he gets to challenge up) the loser has to wait 24 hours before being able to issue a challenge.

Myself and roccoslut came up with this rule...

But all through the ladder people are "calling" winner of X vs Z ?

Just wanted clarification as to why people call dibs on the winners of pending duels when they may not even be able to duel me?
