You only have to die if the Anya bonus puts you over the cold stack limit.
So for instance if my sorc used 450 cold resist which it does, and I had the 30 resistance from Anya, I would have 480 cold resist, making it against the rules.

If however I had 420, there would not be an issue.

oh i fully understand that but it doesnt put him above the max res point nor does he have a sorb item which means suffer is just trying to get an unfair advantage

plus i saw your ruling on the matter though im glad you could explain it for the others on the ladder that may not know the rules quite that good

Yeah just want to make everyone aware. It may not say it in the rules however if you understand why it actually does have it in there

oh i know simple research was the key with this one imo ha it literally took me 3 clicks to find his sorc XD ( i actually counted ) though ty again for clearing it all up for everyone its a good thing ur runnen the show lol
