psn dmg is no serious threat

to answer the question of "max psn dmg possible on a lvl49 sc":
prefix "foul" 50 over 4 sec + suffix "of anthrax" a 50 over 6 gives you (50 / 4 + 50 / 6) * (4 + 6) = 208 damage over 10 seconds

exact stats are 209 psn over 10 seconds (lvl req 36)

Poisen

correct - 209

in terms of poisen damage and poisen resistance, Normal difficulty and 75 res and PLR(75 please) (which alot of us have) negates the effect of poisen damage severely, its still nice and all, especially vs players with no max res, and no plr, but your hurting yourself by reducinng your total life, especially in tournaments where players have very strong characters. the alternative 20 life 50 psn is just not worth it either. i tried all that a long time ago. remember no CTA here and the damage output is very high.

we removed the 1 charm psn damage on that basis (and to simplify rules). i think there was a pala last year or the year before with a tonne of psn damage, cant remember who it was.

Open Wounds

Unlike LLD and HLD at MLD you can 1-2 hit alot of your opponents, meaning OW's does not have as large a bearing in the duel, except maybe vs high life characters (Shaper, Barb). Shaper (in general) loses regardless of OW's while OW's is nice, but not amazing vs barbs. However since its MLD you can only get OW's from certain areas, and certain builds have better items (without OW) that are available to them in those slots.
