The FHR frames are different for non swinging weapons, it's possible. Maybe action frames?

Seems like it could be. Maybe it's just in my head...its not hard to test

Don't see anything that suggests that's the case tho.

The fhr thing might be a possibility, I've noticed on the odd occasion when I haven't got the right the charms in inven to hit fhr bp I did feel "slower" at the time, but I thought it was just a coincidence (very small sample size there!).

That's cause 20 hard points don't make shadow mb more.
