Look at pending challenges, hes still in one, you have to wait for him to finish that challenge before you can challenge him.
also, you can challenge somebody up to 2 spots above you.. please do so, or else i cant challenge anybody... i just lost to you so i cant challenge you for a few days.. and if you challenge him i'm shit out of luck.
