Challenge Update: Member who initiates a challenge holds the right to call off the challenge if opponent expresses that he/she is unable to duel within the 3 day limit.

This of course is an act of fairness and goodwill, but is neither obligatory nor required.
Therefore, if u are the one being challenged, you may not call off the challenge, and 3-Day Dodge rule will apply.

Conc and I have similar online timings, while D2Child, StarEdit and UltraRobot have another set of timings, so the 5 of us would be able to cover 24/7.

Should add that if they're pming each other back and forth and the duel still doesn't happen within the time frame that it should be canceled so it isn't an unfair dodge call. Just my opinion.

yes the 3 day dodge rule happened to me before in BvB GM ladder when I was the one being challenged and I had to give up my spot because the guy afked for 2-3 days without even a pm

Thanks all for the suggestion regarding duels that do not happen due to schedule conflicts.

As such, for further challenges, if both parties are unable to find time to make it, and multiple pm's have been exchanged:

Either party may forward the quoted pm exchanges over the 3 days to any of the admin, and the challenge might be cancelled with no changes of rankings.

To prevent abuse of this exception rule, admins will vote for the cancellation, and a majority vote (3 or more out of 5 of us) will effect a cancellation.

Please feel free to comment regarding this Dodge rule update.
