guy is already challenging someone, can I challenge #14 or#13 if nobody else around?

Pretty sure I remember last time I signed up, you were only allowed to challenge 1-2 spots ahead of your current rank. I do not see this now in the rules or current standings update. Was going to quote that part if I found it. I may be overlooking it somewhere?

However, seeing as gato26 dropped out of the ladder, your rank should be #16 now. So challenging #14 shouldn't be an issue.

EDIT: Ahh I found it right above the big bold "SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED..." in rules section.
