so rules gotta change now

- If any users have 350 cold resist are greater, they are not allowed any cold absorb/max.
- No user is allowed more than 375 cold resistences whatsoever.

thats under es vs vita. but does it apply to all now?

i have like 436 cr but i bet i still die in 1 hit
