If you challenge someone and lose or if You lose to challenger you have to wait 24 hours to challenge someone else.
Unless the person you lost to challenges then losses within the 24 hours then you will be able to rechallenge them within the 24 hours.

Says the guy who pms me insults then blocks me, OK hahaha. I've already found a few bvbs who love to spar, events or not. So it's not a big deal at all.
