doesnt matter whos job it is. its every ones job to be active and check the ladder. you saw he challenged you on here. Unless im missing it somewhere, I dont see a rule that says "once you challenge someone you MUST pm them"

I'm not pming him. If he makes no effort to do the duel within 3 days it's a null. He obviously isn't active in this ladder or he would have seen seen all these posts about it.

nn for me to post anything else he is obviously not going to duel me. he never had a problem meeting up to duel with me or anyone else during the time frame i gave since he has been on this ladder and in tourneys.
