**There are no refunds, ladder has started and if u decided to back out for any reason thats your decision.

**Challenges are 1-2 spots above your current rank below top 5

**Ranks in the top 5, may only challenge 1 rank above their own rank.

**If you lose your challenge, you have to wait 48 hours before you rechallenge that same player. Giving the winner a chance to challenge smiters above him. (Also applies if defender loses his spot, loser still has to wait 48 hours, giving smiters under him a shot up)

I was never on at the same time as him the one time i was on we talked i was on cellphone i had 2 pending matchs with him rank 1 and 2 ive had no problem with any matchs he is also on flist he has not been on :/ thats 2 duels that got nulled one got nulled and this one i advanced. i would duel him any time wtf scott why are you even getting involved i checked all day yesterday he never got on jsp once i was even on at the time he pmed me to be on and he wasnt there :/ Im not trying to Make anyone mad he just hasnt been on and im not sitting down in the ranks anymore waiting for him I am sure rivalss will have no problem catching back up to me... when he is on and active
