Idk but PuA has to be on the list for the way he talks about himself.

I wish I had that talent, useful for job interviews.

A lot of these people we mentioned have done this long before he was around. He's nothing new, he will be gone and forgotten about before long. We've seen the same act from several guys mentioned on there (except they were better) and guys like cyba, kataklysm, etc etc all did the same thing before pua.

Reading this thread I'm amazed at how much I missed out on when D2 was big. Like, D2 was my life for 7 or more years, and I had no clue about any of the community stuff. Some friends had me sign up here near the end of D2's reign, but I never did anything on the site. I wish I had.

Does anyone have fraps of Marvel dueling? I've heard about him over the years but never witnessed interested..

He must be one hell of a guy to get the responses he does from his friends. If my friend saved my life I don't think i'd praise him as much as they do this cat.

Was what made d2 what it was, this forum didn't have any dueling ladders in it and was like a trading forum from how many threads a day ( not to mention was hilarious with all the drama and wasn't a bunch of autistic kids like Rick and pua now) . Was so active and was such a tight community the majority of old players still stay in contact. I still play games and stay in touch with some of the guys from 10+ years ago in here. Pvp -east was the same way before it filled with a bunch of shitty hackers pretending to be good.

Nice post by Garband there, I appreciated that perspective of that all.

All I really mean to say is that with the people left doing it semi daily it's sort of tantalizing to talk about someone you've never dueled with. From what I hear i'm sure he is. This game is certainly apt to progress and of people being exceptional vs. others. A deal of quick thinking skills required.
