Every 6months we have this conversation..

Hotspurs wouldn't help vs a light...
Lowering the res you can have will make blizzards heavily overpowered..

No matter what we do someone will get pissed and it will be changed over and over and no one will ever be happy.
Hell how about we change it so fire sorcs must hit a lower fhr bp so a light can trade with them fairly?

It's how it is, fire will always have the advantage.. lights and colds just have to deal with it =/

In theory maybe, but look more into how cold mastery works.
There is a line of res that once you cross its a difference of like 1-3 blizz that jumps to 8-10+ blizz to die..

This is been known for years, for instance back years ago this thread was made and rules changed because of blizz sorcs and es...

if you set it to 400 i will just abuse the rule and make a blizzy with mass -res that 1-2 hits all vita sorcs
