can't just give spots...you gotta just drop and then everyone moves up 1 otherwise it's unfair

i dont see anything in the rules about forfeiting your spot

he's supposed to be on vacation though so you can't challenge him therefore he can't forfeit his spot either but he can drop.

Either way this is an obvious bias decision. Id rather let another updater/mediator decide than you.

I challenged Kurt after I saw update ( not my fault if the update is wrong and didn't show him on vacation status, and it was ruled as a dodge. In other words the updater doesnt believe its even true hes on vacation. )
He knows I can beat him GvN and decided to forfeit and give spot


If that wasn't valid then Ill keep my challenge with Khaz. I dont rly care either way.
