I've heard of that site. This kind of thing would definitely reduce the clutter. I'm sure with all of these people a few bright ideas could be made to make this not so primitive a format.. people would not only enjoy it more but it would definitely attract more people because I know the clutter definitely deters a handful of people from joining.
