I am afraid I will need your help again. My duel with Syrox expired again, and Cypr3ss called me out.

Here is every pm that has been sent between me and syrox, make your judgement on it yourself:

FIRST PM: I asked him if he had time. I replied it right after he told me he would let me know as soon as he knew he would have time (As you can see in my s/s of my pm). I replied something like this: "Maybe we can duel today/tonight? Let me know at what time you can be online today" but he did not reply to that. So I don't have that pm anymore. 2 days later I asked him if he still did not know any times (as you can see in the s/s).



HE DID NOT REPLY TO THIS LAST PM, I SAVED IT MYSELF.

So all with all: I asked him several times to let me know all his times. All he gave me was: Usually after 19.00 and he did not reply to all my pm's.
I was online everyday around that time. 19.00 and later.. And in his last pm he suddenly says he was online the past 3 days and he was always online BEFORE 19.00 but not AFTER ..?????

Oke please let me know fast. If you agree with me it is impossible to arrange something with him because of his work, give me his spot. If not, let me know ASAP so I can duel cypr3ss before he starts to rage and the flamewar starts all over again... Like with Katinka.

I tried but it is impossible to arrange a time with syrox.. The last 2 times I called him out where similar, he has no time because of his job. I told Cypr3ss I need to wait with duelling him until Muhaha decided if it is a dodge or not (exactly the same situation that happened with Katinka, also with syrox etc...). I am sure that if I do NOT get Syrox spot now, cypr3ss and me will have the full 5 days.. So I don't dodge cypr3ss in any way, just like I did not dodge katinka. Thanks.

ok, i found a pc to update it on ^^ but still can't be a regular updater.

some rule changes too. You can no longer callout people in an expired c/o instead the callout will last 3 days, that's the only time you have now. and the maximum allowed time for an extension is 1 extra day, and will only be given if you really tried to make the duel happen and had very bad luck.
if the duel didn't take place during them 3 days, it will be nulled(removed from the current challenges bit). but if however the challenger feels the defending player is responsible for the duel not happening (but this is only in relation to how much they tried) then they can call dodge on them.

do this by posting your pm conversations with your opponent in the topic, but this also must be done before the c/o expires.
it will be reviewed and then dodge given if believed so.

Jardoow I've looked it over and summarized it

21th(day1): You pm syr0x to ask for times, he says he's busy and doesn't know.
22nd(day2): No pm contact. You ask for extension because syr0x is busy.
23rd(day3): You pm syr0x asking for times. he replies back with a time for tomorrow, but you can't make it. You ask him if he can duel today, he can't because he's going out.
24th(day4): Jardoow arrived late, to agreed upon time, syr0x was offline by then.
25th(day5): you pmed syr0x saying why you was late, he says weekend is good for him.
26th(c/o expired): cypr3ss c/os jardoow.

imo, syr0x didn't try hard enough for the first 3 days. due to being too busy with work, so it's a dodge.

but I don't like the idea of him losing his streak without actually losing, so if he doesn't lose to anyone else before getting back the #1 spot it'll continue on from his 5 previous wins.

imo, there should be a vacation status, whereby people can take 3 days out or something if they aren't available, and then people can challenge around them. But you obviously have to have a method of regulating it so poeple get vacation 24/7 ( maybe 1 3 day vacation allowed a month or something i dunno ).

Cant really expect people to always have 3 days free without work ( especially at this time of year ), but you can expect people to say in advance if they need 3 days grace.

so because he went offline immediately after your reply, you think he dodged you for the whole 3 days?

I've told you this, even though jardoow should've pmed you back, you also should've pmed him more too.

It's what i do, I'd never call dodge on someone who I only pmed on the first day.

we do "If you're going away for less than 2 weeks or it's impossible for you to duel you can ask to be listed as away."

any number under 2 weeks they're allowed to take. and aslong as they're not back to back with no duels between them. they're allowed as many as they want.
