Yes you pm him and the two of you discuss a time to schedule the duel. The duel has to be done in 3 days. If either party can't duel within the 3 day limit, an extension can be requested. If the defender fails to respond to the pm or isn't cooperative with scheduling a time suitable for both parties then a dodge may be in order. If you feel you are being dodged let the mods know about the situation and give details. If the mods feel as though it is a dodge you will be rewarded the spot.
