Perhaps say after next ladder reset? or next Sept? I would spice things up and if Majority passes it would be kinda fun to switch things up for a bit.

even just do it for 6months and see how things go? If we allow Fort we will see some more interesting builds. Same thing goes if we decided to ban raven frost. 2-3 more creative builds possible.

Moneter is right, we'd have to ban cold dmg sc's too. which isnt really a problem
but TBH, I don't see how things would change much is ravenfrost was banned. I'd just use a AR/str/Dex/life/light res ring and ultimately all that changes is I would add a little bit more life.
I think its better to keep ravens for the people that use their zons for zvz and zva, it keeps some things consistent.
Now as for fort....
Chilling armor is such an unfair advantage, so thats what I hate about that.
Also, the 300Ed is insane and you can die in literally 2 guided arrows.
I think the setups we have now result in the best zon winning because anyone can get lucky with 2 hits or 1 massive crit, but when you have to get multiple hits, the skill usually wins out.
Banning elemental charms - I'd be for that. but note that 19-29fire dmg sc's, they only add about 4 average dmg if your opponent has 0 fire res. If your opponent has 50+ fire res, then 3max sc's are better.
Most ppl have 75 light res, so lightning sc's are garbage. cold sc's dont do enough damage.
I like your thinking though. keep it up.
