This argument started at 02:21pm JSP TIME and now its 4:09 JSP TIME? Why hasn't a game been made and the duel done in the last 2 hours.... 2 hours ago wasnt 1 hour before kick off now was it?

but the fact stands:
BOTH users were available all day yesterday... I saw them online cuz I as well was here most of the day
BOTH users had a chance to pm the other a game name
BOTH users did not do so

Concluding: either BOTH or NIETHER user dodged/tried to make the duel happen
THEREFORE neither will be helped nor harmed by a nulled duel
