I have a couple of questions regarding the rules. During my last duel my opponent said that the chance to cast level 3 charged bolt when struck from my helmet is not allowed. If it casts I automatically lose the duel.I wanted to confirm if that is true or not because I didn't not read that anywhere in the rules section. He said after that he doesn't care personally but some people can be like that. Secondly nothing was mentioned about casting battle cry during a duel with someone. I was just wondering if this is allowed as it might be an interesting tactic for me to compete with barbs with much better armor.
There is nothing wrong with a chance to cast charged bolt, you are fine.
There is nothing against battle cry (the lower defense warcry). Use at your own risk. A small decrease in their defense is great... but you will likely be struck trying to get close enough to use it.
