yes..... not sure why CallMeMatt is trying to insult the rules but:
On a 95 es sorc, which will alrdy have alot of mana (= faster regen) mana pots or not, the sorc will run/l8z/hide to regen mana to full. So instead of having longer / defensive duels it better to just allow mana potting for everyone..

SORC-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No max res or absorb gear when using energy shield
- No prebuff energy shield
- No more than 13 bmanas
- May use mana pots if es% is under 80%
- Can not have dr%+es% over 117%

Like this rule doesnt even make sense lol. % dr is WAY more effective on lower es sorces???

I agree.....on a 95 es sorc , the only thing mana pots help is to get you back in the duel quicker instead of running around waiting for the mana to regen...any sorc with a non-wood brain won't let you hit them until their mana is back to full.....you can smash 16 mana pots with a druid on top of u and it won't change anything regardless.

mana pots been bm on 95es sorcs for over a decade, not sure why its now allowed? cuz legen said so? lol...
some of them juss dont make sense to me...
