mixing of cold/non-cold is now allowed, if the non-cold sorc uses a cold stack setup regardless of m/u - this is to counteract the gear advantage that the non-cold sorc would have over the opposing team.

As part of the randomized seeding, teams Tko, Tals, 2B, and DvD ftw will have to play an extra round in order to make this 10 team tournament work out.
