As i always experienced Neuroshima as a fair player , i m convinced he did indeed not know about the rule as its not officialy writen down ( shut be added in rulepic tho to prevent this mistake in the future )
So i'd let it be for what it is now , duel is played ; get ur revange in finals !

But now thats it clear i dont want any violations of this rule anymore , gonna work out a updated version of rulepic one of these days as there are a few more things missing .
