Has nothing to do with you being French, it only has to do with incorrect screen shots.

Page 1 shows you how to correctly post the nessesary screen shots needed.

u just need to post your s/s's correctly

1. Have game map up while taking s/s.
2. Have your message log up with at LEAST 1 kill.
3. Have your left side skills up.
4. Take s/s of both of those.
5. Go to a website in which can upload your image , such as imageshack or tinypic.
6. Post the s/s on website.
