1.09 BowaPK Tournament

Rules will be
- Duels will take place in NM
- Duels are First To 5, you must win by a difference of at least 2 (i.e. 6:4)

- Poison charms allowed to a maximum of 1000 Poison Dmg.
- No new runewords allowed (faith, phoenix, etc)
- 1.10+ Uniques and Upped Uniques aren't allowed (Verds, draculs, etc)
- 1.10+ charms (i.e. 3%frw scs) can be used
- Jab is the only Java skill allowed.
- Replenish Life is capped at 20.
- No slow target items

ISO Donations for the prize.
