The firestorm on phoenix is actually way way more disruptive then a torch proc.. Firestorm has a 100% knockback coefficient and actually straight up forces//causes desync when you get nailed with it.. Maybe how it functions with our passive dodges.. Sutton literally hit me with a firestorm and that was the end of the duel. Took way more damage then any torch proc..

Also anya glitch? might be an issue with forts and constantly leaving games to reset.. As a rule of thumb both characters should die in game together as to prevent someone taking advantage of the extra 30% resistance instead of actually factoring res into gear.. We play on nightmare for a reason.. Stacking res isn't really fun.

i dont do my anya just for that. i get enough to cap out then go from there

fort isn't allowed here because so many fucking people were crying about it i had to remove it

fury is boring because the people zvzing since like 2012 just charge each other with shields 24/7 lol

there was a point in time when ppl charged hard but most zons these days know how to shoot arrows n walk around furys so it isnt as big of a problem. in my experience

fort is obviously the best and only choice really for zva zons, so it would be nice if we could use it zvz too, but truthfully its just too damn over powered. and the chilling armor is just icing on top of the shit cake.
I think banning fort leads to the best zon actually winning. cause any nub can get lucky with 2 hits and wreck you with fort on


my point exactly. it blows so i doubt anyone would use it, but id be interested to see if someone could and got good with it

Anyway people are using Phoenix now and it's currently against the written rules. Either let's add it in the exception list or tell people they can't use it. My vote is for either choice since the shield obviously has its downsides as well.
