only to discover that he is on a different account and refusing to duel because his stats and quests arent done?

Pretty sure if someone changes their account / charector build / or even respec then they need to start at bottom?

If he still plays a bvc, its fine
If he was switching for somethin else, he would have to start at the bottom.
