What's the interpretation of "the duel may he halted to buy more arrows if agreed upon"?

What if it's not agreed upon? Does that mean u can just run to charsi when you want without saying anything? Or arrows must be laid out?

I have a little bias on this subject, think that everyone should do their best with the 350 they start out with.
I wouldn't have the situation to where a rank #1 duel is decided by arrow attrition, but when both sides are shooting 1k+ arrows for one duel, what are you all aiming at? lol

thanks for the clarification, I feel the same way about it and rarely use close to 350 in a duel even when the other zon is calling breaks

I think it's pretty fair laying out arrows, it gives the tradeoff of having to risk running to reload for shooting 350 arrows into darkness hoping they hit
