defended vs goblin.

so i used this exact computer for posting s/s earlier. now when i click the file and hit upload it takes me to the part where u enter the image so they know its not a bot (or its supposed to take me to that part) but it just freezes on that screen and says upload now. like the upload now button to hit after u entered the image writing. except theres no writing. anyone know whats up ?
