Rules:
    1. Duels take place in Hell Difficulty, in the Blood Moor.
    2. Both players must say GO.
    3. First to 5 wins a challenge, and both slain at same time is a tie - not who dies first. Double kills are not counted.
    4. No hacks of any kind.
    5. No potting, wells, shrines, antidote pots, or healing of any kind, etc... (life replenish up to 40 is permitted).
    6. Use your own BO with the gear you use during duels, leading me to the next point:
    7. Absolutely NO pre-buff; you must cast venom with the gear you will be dueling in. Carrying anything in your inventory except for charms is considered BM (Ex. Cube for buffing)
    8. No + max poison resist or poison length reduced by gear. No antidotes. (You are required to show belt and potions if requested)
    9. Shadows are allowed. Recasting Shadow is also acceptable.
    10. Enigma is the main armor used, however Natalya's Odium (with armor -psn length reduction), Bramble, and Fortitude may all be used.
    11. You may challenge up to two spots ahead of you until cracking the "top 5 barrier": Once reaching top 5 status, you may only duel who is the next spot ahead of you.
    12. You can only challenge the same person once in the span of 48 hours unless they accept it first via D2JSP PM.
    13. No dodging. This rule is in place for someone who wishes to "hold" their spot. If someone is not available to get on d2, then it is not a "dodge". 3 days of "dodge" (No excuses)
    14. Only one base point can be used in light or fire traps. Claw with 3+ to light sentry base are acceptable. (Hybrids are allowed if they agree not to use traps beforehand)
    15. If you town it is a death (on purpose or accidental) unless the opponent agrees other wise.
    16. No overly use of house's or cornering/mass defensive dueling. If you feel your opponent is too defense, feel free to pm a mediator to watch the duel or fraps it yourself.
    17. Items that have spell charges are allowed but charges cannot be used.
    18. Ethereal items are not allowed unless they are glitched indestructable, zod'd, or self-repairing.
    19. Winner must post a s/s of the kills if there is any question as to the outcome of the duels.
    20. Repeated s/e'ing after each death to get around the anya bug is considered Bm. If one person accidentally drops from the game, the other person is allowed to rejoin as well to keep everything fair (assuming they have died prior).
    21. Being in a party of any size during official duels is not allowed unless the match is being mediated (Only the Mediator may be in a party).
    22. Anytime either person touches the stash for any length of time, they are required to Save/Exit + Rejoin game and show their gear/inventory again upon discretion of the other player.
    23. If any player dodges more than 2 challenges in a row (3rd dodge). They face risk of being kicked from ladder. They may rejoin again later, but will lose current rank.
    24. For the duel against #1 spot. You must win by 2 (aka 5-3) or first to 7 wins - whichever comes first. (This is to prevent excuses such as "lucky" weapon blocks and other excuses)
    25. A player is allowed to go on vacation for up to 7 days. When a player is on vacation status, others may challenge around them. (Ex: If #5 goes on vacation, #7 can now challenge up to #4)

ATTENTION


Through much debate and consideration. We have decided that the use of stacked poison resistance up to 85% will be GM as well as up to 75% poison length reduce.

This rule will be changed in the following update. We now welcome people to use amulets/helms with poison length reduction or even death gloves, etc...


Antidotes will still be considered BM.
You are only allowed to stack and use plr if it is found in gear. Also, if you DO use poison length reduce or stack poison, it is required upon your opponent asking to show them your gear and/or take screenshots of your resistance w/ a time stamp to prove that you are not using illegal antidotes.

Very interesting. Sounds like these are being considered gm even together, or am I mistaken?

Several reasons.

First of which is the same reason why fort/bramble/nats are all allowed as well too. It opens up the door to new builds.

Also, its not w/o cons as well. To use something like death's gloves (res + plr) you would have to give up trangs which gives 20%FCR and 25% Poison damage... In the end, it evens out really.

But mainly, it gives the guys who cant afford items like 2sin/20fcr/vis/life/2soc circlet the option to get creative and come up with new ideas that might be able to counter their richer opponents, etc

EDIT: I myself for example have not changed anything about my build despite this rule
