cause u can't help if your weapon has cold dmg, but with belt i guess they would consider it lame as they banned cd on rangers.

CD Belt is allowed with a range 1 wep,
at least is that what syvar Said, the Last time i asked him.

there is a simple mistype in the rules.

nah he kept telling me if he had time so i kept w8ing on him but want a answer today so i can fix finals earlier..
