10% slow from bb / nose will never be removed since most amas use gmb build and ofc they need nose / bb

psn rule is easy to comply , just remove your 1 psn sc from invent and replace with another sc

also mana pots will always be allowed !

you cant call out steffer since you are 4th and he is 1st

you can only call out 2nd / 3rd
