We capped the foh dmg but with the reduced cast delay in d2r convict will make heavy fohs too OP. We may test and adjust the rule as we go (perhaps we can allow convict but with cap) but for now we're not implementing it.

We never dueled, he can have my spot as I think that’s how it works. I’m kinda confused tbh but I’ll follow the rules.

- Challenges are valid for 3 days. Expired duels will automatically be considered nulled if no post is made on them (e.g., no mentioning of extension, no-response, dodge etc).
- Dodge Count may not surpass 2.
- You may not rechallenge the same person after a loss/nulled for 1 days.
- No more then one character per jsp user.

Might as well vtpk in hell and optimize the use of hoz and rare shield for that +skill. Will be t/v battle.
