Mav... ever hear of a follow up? When you saw him online (which u said you did) why just sit there and WAIT for HIM to message YOU? Man up and message him and ask 'you ready to duel now?' We'd all have figured out 2 days sooner that he didnt msg the right person or remind him of what he forgot.

This ENTIRE situation was aviodable with a little bit more maturity and forethought

This rule applies for re-challenges as well, meaning u don't have to wait 3 days to re-challenge the same opponent, you can do it after 1 day? Where does it state 48 hrs

Now wait a second. I never, ever saw him online throughout the entire three day period. He stated that he was online "one night" and I simply took him for his word. I had sent my original PM and never saw or heard from him again, so I don't know why I'm at fault for anything here. I was on this website and on D2 often throughout the three days and it was as if he was on vacation and nowhere to be found. So, you wanted me to send a follow up to nothing? If that's the case, then I will do that next time. I want to get this straight, that is all.

I have handled this with maturity and good manners, I just don't care for someone that ignores the rules. I'm all about the rulebook. I've read it, understand it and want to follow it. I belong here...as you can clearly see.

And, it's been a fun ride to the top despite all of the unnecessary drama. But, I like to think I know the rules and if I'm being slighted on something, I have to make it known.

Let me ask you this. Once a dodge is officially called and completely legit, is that duel not over and done with? Because that is certainly my take on it. I didn't want to duel Tiger 9 hours later simply because I thought we were outside of the rules and he was playing me, but I did anyway and I won. I was ready to tell him to wait two more days and challenge me again, it's my spot. Those are just the rules as I see them. I would've been thrilled to get this duel done much earlier on.

In theory when you post the dodge, it is a dodge right then and there and it is done... but really ya kinda need an admin to confirm. I asked after your original post if he never responded cuz people always respond to the first pm, the trouble comes in the days after. A couple people have thought that even if they agree to duel, 3 days without a duel is a dodge and that isnt the right rule. Then when I came back online, youd both spammed the thread up so much and already dueled. I myself dont call the 3 day dodge unless theyve been afk 3 days solid, I pm again HEY LETS DUEL and if we get to 5 days than I'll call the dodge.
