New Update: #1 is now open to any challenges, it is up to him to accept them. He may be more persuaded to take your challenge with wagers and especially odds that favor him. A loss at #1 is the only time a player will not swap places (the whole ladder moves down one spot rather than swapping, as the winner fast tracks to #1), unless it's a challenge from #2 or #3.
