For jabbers, only skills useful are : jab/dodge/crit. Strike/penetrate/inner sight.

Since theres no other skill to max, limiting it to a level inferior to max makes us have excess skills that are of no use.

I believe max lvl innersight with gear (with all rares most will go around 28-32 depending on gear) should be allowed, passive gcs should not be allowed if inner sight is maxed.

theres a reason inner sight is allowed

shouldnt be a cap imo, just limiting zons even more

I don't think inner sight is the problem.
Why Ber runes are banned is beyond me. I have been legitimately one shotting some people it is ZzzZzzzZzzz.

I need to run more test before I vote
I like the idea of having zons the most powerful, I just dont want them to be so powerful that other classes cannot win

rare/x is close to being up if anyone wants to run some tests
