I agree here.

Duels can go anyway. A ghost will slam 99% of sorcs, but if a sorc has a physical immune build (aka even at 1 hp, they wont die to ww or dclaw) a ghost has almost zero chance.

Shouldn't discredit anyone unless they legit suck at pvp and lose say.... BVB vs nongclaw ghost haha

Well. I don't mean to take away from Riz. He is an amazing Ghost player. No disrespect to him and I know he gets tons of practice. My problem is that Gerbil, imo, used bm tactics intentionally because he had already lost bvg and was given flak for it. I would be willing to state that he knew very well that it was BM to respec like that.

You cant have a gm physical immune build under those rules, unless the ghost is whirling with toothpicks.

so... i tried something new with the update under the challenges section.
there was some feedback in the actual ladder thread, but since this is the 1v1 ladder discussion thread, lets talk about it here

below you can see the challenges. the first few are the normal format, and the last 3 are the ones that i changed
personally, i believe it might be better so that you can see the challenge at a glance instead of then having to find your opponent in the list
maybe its a bit cluttered i dunno

I have already said I don't care either way. Most of the participants seemed to be fine with it, other than KungBitchFu. I said to talk to BingTu and get his opinion. We may start doing the update this way if Bing approves.

As for Gerber.
Obviously he isn't the only one that has done it. Obviously someone most likely did it prior and that is why this rule was added. But its not about him getting caught doing it. It is simply about how, even as an updater, he shouldn't have done it. He knew it was illegal on the ladder. That is the point.
But as for him getting caught. He really should have at least tested it and got his barb glitched so that he wouldn't have gotten caught doing it.

Not really, seeing as the majority of the ladder consist of ghosts and trappers theres really no otherway to revise those builds to make game changing outcomes as compared to a BvC respecing to a fucking phase blade grief shield barb... LOL

Its too messy / long that way, which is why when i redid the ladder format I choose just jsp name
