i have no interested in having to duel the scum of jsp just because you want to appear fair,

GM means good manner, and you bitching about every little thing and accusing everyone of cheating (including myself) is not good manners.
the people who you guys think mod are the people who have basically been top pvp duelers since 1.10, you just didnt know about them because you all bought this game like 6 months ago. believe it or not bui is not (i repeat, NOT) the best 1v1 dueler on east, regardless of how long he held his #1 spot after climbing a whomping 4 spots.
If we were going to not allow people who have ever scammed ever in their lives, NONE of us would be on this ladder. people make mistakes, and those mistakes dont matter unless they directly reflect on the ladder.
the way we are required to post screenshots and being able to request a moderator is the only way we can prevent cheating, short of forcing everyone to record their duels.
if you dont like it, no one is forcing you to be on this ladder.
