Since bing already said so then i guess this 1's a null but if u post s/s's of no responses b4 the duel expires (around day 2 or so) then i woulda given u his spot cuz pming within hours of expiration is still dodge

ok.... posting this because I am not losing my spot on ladder over something dumb like this........

1st. Kenny posts in topic to challenge me after I specifically posted here that I will be going away to Mexico for a week and would like any challenged to be made 3 days before so I could make sure the duels could get done.

2nd: Kenny pm's me, online and ready to duel saying if i cant duel right now hes going to the gym soon but will be able to duel after at 12 - 1 am?
I pm him back saying thats not ok because i have a midterm tomorrow morning and have to be in bed by 10 pm tonight, and then tomorrow after the midterm I pickup all my friends and we go to the airport were I will be departing. Then said I just duel right now, make game.

He then decides to afk without refreshing right after sending me the message that he is available as seen here:
