we need to do this ladder by the rules to keep it moving. in other words the admins of this ladder need to take action if someone takes too long to get the duel done.

Forfeit rule:
After 5 days, no matter what the situation is, a duel is voided and if deemed necessary, the win is granted to one of the opponents, at the admin's discretion (if someone was stalling the duel, and the other was available and ready etc.).
its been 9 days since the challenge.

The rule is all well and good and we can follow it more closely
but the 'grant a win to someone at admin's discretion' is impossible...

I check thread twice a day at best. That is the only time Im on jsp. There is no way for me to know who has been in game waiting or vise-versa who has been afk from jsp the whole time.
So duels become nulled...
