Admins have talked and feel the second ladder is redudant.
As far as if holy freeze should be used in the duel, here is the RULE.
-----CHALLENGER chooses in which HF should be used or not be used.
This forces the DEFENDER to be competent in both HF and non-HF duels, making it harder to defend the spot.
As far as TITLE holders, they have not been discussed yet. but will most likely be refreshed (everyone to zero)
Hold on on challenging for now til update is up.
