we just finished dueling thursday morning or wednesday night. dont i get 3 days before getting challenged by same person? or is it from the last time he challenged me?how does that work>?frank or drew lmk. if its from the last time he challenged me then we will duel asap.

Personally my time has come, but all of the other barbs should be back eventually to keep this ladder up and running, if the ones who are still around make sure this ladder is still as

I'm insulted... aloooot of builds that can compete...

Since i'm out of it these are the stuff u should try:

1) nigma barb with 08 arreat and 30 max jewels or 100 ar /15 max jewels...monster life/very nice ar/dmg like fort ap. Downside: lower defense.
2) fort -req ap barb <- the build i used..... One of the best i think..but the nigma one can compete with it, never tried it though, except on open.
3) GValor (or eth zoded valor) barb...pretty decent setup to use with -req fort but missing something, never got it to fully work....30k+ def / mass life/very nice ar coz 2 skills etc. Damage is the problem but if u ww defensely u can pull it out.
4) Duress setups...always good to use vs high defense/low life barbs..
5) If someone can afford a godly fool's zerk with 40 ias base and 2 sockets..400+ dmg...pop 2x UM runes or 2x LO runes in it...can be very godly...good luck with the axe though :X
6) Etc.

So many builds! Variety :X

ya variety is good. i use sacred to make up for the lack of defense on 08 arreats and a grief colossus blade (to look cooler and not be axe barb like everyone else).i also grew up on sword shield barbs using godly executioner swords and ornate plates and shit on classic. i think kenpachi and i are the only 2 sword barbs on this ladder (correct me if im wrong). if i can get my hands on a godly fools sword imma try that out for sure...i have one but its not 2 open sockets or repair mod... wish it was.

lol yeah, back in the day i had a pretty nice bvb on classic too, S/S barbs are what got me into barbs!
I had 9x swords !!! all colored and 200+ dmg...classic used to be really amazing before people started using set items and open wound / cb stuff
had a neon green exe too, those cost a fortune now......stopped spawning in like 07 patches (not sure)

Even had an ebotd cb here too.. but switched to axes when i rebuilt, because they have the best damage/ias...

Anyways,

I kinda admire the fact you and kenpachi still use a sword, because it's much harder to get it to work, but i think with grief, both axes/swords are pretty equal (maybe a slight disadvantage but can be worked through)
And yeah 08 arreat isn't good with ap fort, waste of stats..u use ap fort to gain life advantage over sacred barbs, if u lose that advantage, they will eat u alive..since they have more damage anyway...
But then again, it's only my humble theoretical opinion, never fully tested 08 arreat..just tried it once and it sucked for me..

greif cb is very equal to zerk cb i belive

ebotd CB looks gg on a barb though. i always liked it

daimon is a ap fort barb with 08 arreats he does good vs me actually . i think he has 2 setups like me though.

They're close but,

Zerk has a better average and 5 more ias than a colossus blade..

Colossus swords have .5 better average than zerks but 10 ias less..

yeah too bad the colossus sword doesnt havemore ias. it could hit the breakpoint. i dont think more ias past the breakpoint matters unless u hit another breakpoint. thats why ppl say fuck making a grief colossus blade cuz u need 40% ias to hit breakpoint. would really suck if u made a 400% ed 35% ias one lol.
