Inactivity / The Dodge Rule:

After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open for 3 days. If the person defending does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule"

Check the last few pages on how how many duels didn't take place due to the two parties not being able to meet up, not a single was condsidered a dodge. It kind of betrays the whole point if the ladder if you take someones spot without defeating them. Regardless of rank, me & Andrea are in a challenge, & I'll make an update when I get off of wok

Whether rules are enforced upon them or not is not the issue.

For progress to be made upon the ladder 3 days is the limit, and if a duel is refused or can not be done, this rule is in place.

I'm just statting the fact that over the past few weeks, several challenges never happened due to scheduling issues & not a single one was issued a dodge, they were all nulled. So, I continued with that procedure because regardless of what rank you are, you're still able to challenge me.

Ok so if BiWinning DROPS the ladder while kenny is challenging him kenny get the spot.

that means:

Did not happen b/c your out of range.

This leaves IgoSoHard open to be challenged by AndreaOvna.

From there following the order of everything was pretty much the same, kenny's original update was correct.
