Lets just leave this situation alone for a little bit, I'll yield some answers and try to resolve this situation. I'm sure a reasonable conclusion can come of this.

I'll accept his Mediator rights revoked as will other gm meleers.

There's no need to get drastic. We should handle this in a reasonable manner seeing as we are all reasonable people.

Ah, admit of being there is a good step. You still forgot to mention you participated in BMing GM meleers as well... And if was just a one-time thing, I would say, ok, forget it. But here's evidence of you doing it in other games:
