On Uswest Gm ladder rules you were not aloud to use unperm items for duels. Reason being people could get HUGE advantages gear wise when they have a 150k+ Value zon vs a 5k zon and using more skill then items.
I personally don't care but would like to see what a few people think. a simple Yes unperm gear aloud or No we should scrap it is fine!
The problem is that most people are using unperms nowadays
If you were to enforce that rule in a GM ruleset or even in just this ladder, it would easily cut the player basis in half
In other words, you wouldn't have many people to play with in this already diminishing community, if that rule were enforced
