taking my hand off my mouse and or hotkeys to take a screenshot would land me dead.

one hand on mouse holding down teleport other hand presses s/s button? you WILL be doing this and proving you're lagging if you use it as an excuse again

we can even do it without anyone actually dueling, just teleporting around and shooting to recreate the situation you claim lags you
