I don't really see it as being beneficial since the naked duelling from my understanding comes from str glitching via BO switch. Also, people duel outside of the UGML and if we implemented this, it would be a pain since people would have to restat every time they were going to duel outside of the UGML or to do a UGML challenge.


I agree that it would be a pain to have to keep resetting stats, but hey, if the rule catches on and gained widespread acceptance, resetting would not be necessary (I know this would be difficult to achieve, however).

As far as the glitch, I read that because D2 classic did not have charms, the information regarding other players in a game was never updated to include charm information. Therefore, any bonuses provided by charms are not recognized by other players and this is the reason that other players are not recognized as having enough gear to equip items. Although it may be a combination of both factors, I have not tested it.

some ppl might be bm and still use an anni even if it werent allowed u would have to ask to check their entire inventory before the duel that's for sure a waste of both ppl time this sounds like too much trouble for just cosmetic purpose

I have to agree with this... GM Melee isnt like it used to be. There was a time when All GM Melee players just did it for the competition and could be trusted to be GM no matter what... now it seems like there are a lot of newer guys on the seen that dont really care about honor and just want to win at any cost

Ah. I never knew that about the glitch. But yeah the cons definetly outweigh the pro's here, so I still have to disagree. Thanks for the input though.

BTW this is the most epic gear Ive ever seen.. i encourage everyone to see this.. haha its on West though

soo guys, what we going to do about this. i still think we shouldn't let him in if we do then others can and etc.

radeon john has bro who uses hes jsp account and also wants to join ladder but it's different account but same type of char. :C

we have discussed this quite a bit jessy Im still not convinced its actually "his brother" because he never even mentioned that when he first asked to put the char on ladder.

but even if it is his brother If we allow it whats to stop somebody else from saying "well my brother is going to use my acct too" so that they can add 2 chars of the same class to ladder.
