unperms aren't something you can really enforce, and if someones using unperm scs they have no advantage except it being a lot cheaper

hi my name is thefacku i put off dueling for 6 days, and then when it's time to finally duel I put it off until tomorrow because I'm "unlucky" tonight.

You sure talk alot of shit tom. Seeing as it wouldve taken 15 minutes to duel me yesterday and you didnt because you had homework.
