Theres a difference between using something that costs 15k fg + to gain an advantage, and using an unperm inventory to save 8k+ fg just to be able to even the odds between bvbs. Personally im on brians side in this. Vampir wouldnt be beaten that easily under normal conditions and if something like this is going to be allowed I think most of the great bvbs will leave. Including myself.
