I don't know of any other active moderators, since I'm unable to join right now I might ask Jord if he needs the extra help. Usually it helps to save a copy of pm in sent box to have further proof to avoid whoever from coming in and saying oh I responded or you never sent. Just be patient and this will sort itself out in the end : )
